The work, in the language of the people who do it

Our services page organises the work the way we sell it. This page organises it the way you would recognise it: by the function that owns the problem and the job that currently takes somebody three days.

Construction and infrastructure

The function we know from the inside

Capital projects generate enormous quantities of structured-enough documents, and the people who have to read them are the most expensive people on the project. This is the sector where we do not need a discovery phase to understand what a bid team's week looks like.

Tender intelligence

Reading an incoming tender pack against your capability, your past bids and your risk appetite, and surfacing the clauses that change the number before anyone commits a week to it.

Bill of quantities analysis

Comparing a BOQ against historical rates and previous packages, flagging the lines that are mispriced or missing rather than reproducing the arithmetic you already trust.

Project reporting

Turning site reports, programme data and correspondence into the monthly report somebody currently assembles by hand, with the exceptions raised rather than buried.

Procurement

Where the documents outnumber the people

Procurement is the function most often asked to review more than it can physically read. It is also the function where a mistake is expensive and traceable, which makes it a good fit for systems that surface and cite rather than decide.

Supplier comparison

Normalising responses that arrive in different shapes into a single comparable view, with the source line quoted next to every extracted figure.

Contract intelligence

Finding the obligations, renewal dates, liability caps and non-standard clauses across a contract estate nobody has read end to end since it was signed.

Tender analysis

Scoring incoming responses against your own published criteria, with the reasoning attached, so the evaluation survives a challenge.

Finance

Where the answer has to be checkable

Finance is the function where an AI system earns trust by showing its working or does not earn it at all. Everything here is built to cite its source and to fail loudly rather than quietly, because a confident wrong number is worse than no number.

Invoice and document processing

Extraction with a confidence threshold and a human queue behind it, measured on the exception rate rather than on a demo accuracy figure.

Management reporting

Drafting the commentary that sits above the numbers, from the same ledger the numbers came from, so the narrative and the figures cannot drift apart.

Financial analysis

Answering questions across your own reporting history with the underlying rows attached, so an analyst can verify in a minute instead of rebuilding the query.

People and internal operations

Where the questions repeat

The internal functions absorb a very large volume of questions that have already been answered somewhere in a policy document. This is the least glamorous lane on the list and usually the fastest to pay for itself.

Policy assistant

Answering staff questions from your actual policies, with the clause quoted, and saying it does not know rather than inventing an entitlement.

Recruitment support

Structuring applications against the criteria you published, with the audit trail a challenge would require and the fairness constraints agreed before it is built.

Onboarding

Getting a new joiner to the answers, the systems and the people they need without a person repeating the same fortnight thirty times a year.

Each of these is built, not bought

None of the above is a licence you can pick off a shelf. Each is a system built against your documents, your systems and your definition of a correct answer, delivered as an engagement on the ladder below. We would rather say that here than have you find it out on a call.
