What it does

Recordings from where you areUpload a recording, record in the browser, or send a voice note to your workspace’s Telegram or Bale bot.

Each minute of audio is charged to the key you choose.

Notes, decisions and tasksA transcript, a summary, the decisions made, and tasks with an owner and a due date.

Due dates can be Jalali or Gregorian. Who said what is an option you switch on.

A person confirms firstTasks are proposed, and a person confirms them before anyone is given one.

Confirmed tasks go into a Kanban table and can be posted to your Telegram or Bale group.

A note taker in your callsA bot can join Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom calls as Vatan Notes (recording).

It is switched on separately for each account.

Private by defaultTranscripts and notes are encrypted for each workspace.

The audio is deleted once the notes are written.
