Every team calls models through one key. Finance sets a hard cap per team, security sees every prompt before it leaves, the same answer is never paid for twice, and nobody has to open a provider account of their own.

Agents reach a curated set of tool servers through one endpoint. A tool is not exposed until somebody approves it, credentials are held per person rather than per team, and every call is logged with who made it.

retrieval over your own documents

Agents answer from the organisation's own documents. A person is granted a knowledge base and their agents inherit exactly that, every retrieval records which passages it returned, and it runs on the same key and the same bill as the models and the tools.
