Support

Where to go, by what has gone wrong.

Vatan is a consultancy and a platform, and they are answered by different people. This page is the map. Nothing here is a queue you have to guess at.

Something is broken in the Gateway

Send it from inside the product if you can. A request id turns a report into something we can look up in one query, and it is on the logs page next to the call.

A question about the API or the docs

Fourteen pages, including the errors page, which answers most of what arrives as a support email.

The Gateway docs

Billing, an invoice or a payment

Your invoices and every individual charge are already there. If a figure looks wrong, send the invoice number and we will reconcile it against the ledger.

A consulting engagement, a pilot or a contract

If you are not speaking to anybody yet, the contact form reaches the same place.

A security questionnaire or a review

Tell us which framework you are working from and we will send what exists, and say plainly what does not.

The security pack

You have found a vulnerability

Please do not open a public issue. There is no paid bounty; we read every report, tell you what we did, and credit you if you want crediting.

Is it down?

The status page checks each part when you load it. It runs on the same infrastructure, so it answers "one thing is down" well and cannot answer "everything is down" at all. If it will not load, that is the answer, and telling us is still worth doing.

Response times will live in the service level agreement, which is not written yet. Rather than promise a number here that the SLA then has to honour, we would rather say what is true: we read everything, and we answer engagement email faster than we answer anything else.
